The second concert in our survey of nineteenth-century piano quintets, features the quintet by Schumann, performed by Sofya Gulyak (the only ever female winner of the Leeds International Piano Competition), together with Haydn, and Schubert’s sublime ‘Rosamunde’ quartet.
