We are pleased to present our friends from the Royal Opera House, on a rare evening away from the pit, generously donating their services in a fundraising concert to enable the LCMS to continue to promote concerts in Kings Place. As well as three of Bach’s famous concerti grossi, their programme features Strauss’s remarkable Metamorphosen, composed in response to the ruins of Dresden in 1945.
