Leading early music ensemble Florilegium brings a programme virtuosic baroque music from Germany, England and France. As well as works by JS Bach, CPE Bach and Handel, we hear French music by Jacques Morel and Jean-Marie Leclair, and one of the most famous of Telemann’s Paris Quartets from the 1730s, the beautiful B minor Quartet.

Flauguissimo Duo has performed at many prestigious venues including Kings Place, Cadogan Hall and St James’s Piccadilly in London as well as Sage Gateshead in Newcastle. Recently Flauguissimo Duo was invited to perform in the Hay-on-Wye Festival Winter Weekend, Stratford-on-Avon Festival, Kings Lynn Festival, Bath Guitar Festival, Honiton Festival and St Anne’s International Bach Festival. Abroad they have performed in the Swedish Guitar and Lute Festival and Allsköns Music Festival in Sweden as well as the Bach Hall in Taiwan.

Flauguissimo Duo was selected for Brighton Early Music Festival Live! Scheme 2012, International Guitar Foundation Young Artist Platform 2015 and Concordia Foundation Young Artists 2016. Their performances were highly appreciated by both audience and music critics.
