A new base for chamber musicians at Kings Place. ChamberStudio offers coaching and support to aspiring up-and-coming chamber groups. It is open throughout the year, and it aims to helpfully complement the residential chamber courses and other annual events already held around Europe. Each week, eminent chamber players and teachers will provide coaching and guidance, and an opportunity to meet other like minded musicians in the wonderful setting of Kings Place.

The LCMS supports ChamberStudio.

Claire Wickes, a recent Oxford Graduate, and Elaine Ruby, graduate from the Royal Academy of Music, met and first performed together whilst participating in the London Symphony Orchestra Saint Luke's Academy 2011.

Both keen chamber musicians, they are now studying for their Masters degree at the Royal College of Music, where they formed their duo “ Venti Diversi ”, and are constantly exploring and performing the repertoire for this unusual combination of instruments, along with making their own arrangements.
