The first of this autumn’s London Chamber Music Society’s one-hour concerts features half of the famous baroque quartet Red Priest, Piers Adams and David Wright (harpsichord), bringing all the energy and excitement of the ensemble on a journey to the wild side of the Baroque!  From trilling songbirds to the thrill of the hunt, the programme showcases the extraordinary virtuosity and bizarre flights of fancy which characterise the 17^th century ‘Stylus Phantasticus’, together with exhilarating music by 18^th century masters.
