Overview

LCMS message to our audiences concerning COVID-19-related concert cancellations

Following the guidance from Public Health England, and the closing of Kings Place, we regretfully inform you that the artistic programme of the London Chamber Music Society has been suspended until further notice…

The safety of our artists, audience members and staff remains our priority.

You will receive from Kings Place a separate notification of the cancellation or postponement of any event for which you booked. Please bear with us as Kings Place processes each event chronologically. An option of a refund, a voucher or donation of  the cost of your ticket will be offered. We kindly ask you to consider donating the cost of your ticket in support of our artists.

LCMS is a small charity with no direct public funding, and we rely almost entirely on ticket sales to run our programme with our wonderful community of musicians.  Nonetheless, we are aware that musicians have been placed in the ruinous position of being unable to perform. Therefore, if you choose to donate the cost of your ticket, LCMS’ share of the income will be donated to the musicians.

Please be assured that we have always appreciated your support and generosity.  We wish you good health, and we look forward to seeing you at an LCMS concert as soon as possible.

Peter Fribbins

Artistic Director, LCMS
