Concert Details

The award-winning Linos Trio return to the LCMS in an exciting programme exploring the ‘Song without Words’ genre made famous by Felix Mendelssohn. Further reflections on the theme by Prach Boondiskulchok in the London premiere of his Piano Trio No.2, are paired with Felix’s sister Fanny’s dramatic D minor Piano Trio. Their concert culminates in Beethoven’s famous ‘Ghost’ trio, offering another perspective on music’s potent ability to conjure words and image.
